KEEP YOUR TRUST

Psalm 37:40

And the Lord shall help them and deliver them;
He shall deliver them from the wicked,
And save them,
Because they trust in Him

The time we are living in is the time of truth. Jesus says, "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” What He is saying is only by the truth you shall be saved, or be delivered, or be blessed. And once you are set free by the truth, now you can be successful. You can be fruitful, and be productive, and be prosperous and victorious. I pray, today you will encounter the truth that will distinguish you as spiritual intellectual. John 8:32.

But where there is no truth there is no freedom. And without freedom, there is not much a man can do in chains. But when you know the truth you will go beyond the level of, "I am believing..." to "I am sure..." The real truth will cause you to trust God. And by trusting God you will step into something amazing, into the realm where no power can shake you, move you, or stop you from looking radiant, with your face shining. Psalm 34:5.

It is easy to believe that God can do a thing. It is comforting to hope for something to happen. But trusting God is the combination of your faith plus hope, with confidence that God cannot fail, that He has the ability and the authority not to fail. Even if He does not do it in your own way, or in your own time, you are convinced without shaking that God will do what He promised to do.

You can be waiting for something, like a dream to come to pass, or the right person to come into your life, or waiting for a situation to turn around. And when it is not happening as fast as you want, you start getting frustrated.

You may not know that the moment you pray, God heard you and He has established a set time to bring the promise to come to pass. He got a time set for the breakthrough, healing, promotion, the right person, or for the situation to turn around. You may not see it right away. But if you trust that your God is working it out, it will take the weight off your wait. You will not live worried, fearful, and anxious, wondering if God is able do it, or if He is there for you. You will calm down and have peace, knowing the promise is already been settled by the Almighty.

When you do your part of trusting God, He does His part in making His promises come to pass in your life. You might have believed a word God has spoken into your life. And you are expecting something from Him. And you are still waiting. And you think the promise is not going to come to pass. But trusting Him is the key to cause Him to perform. Abraham got a promise from God that he would get a child, even in old age. He waited for a long time without shaking in his faith. But nothing happened. But because he trusted God to do what He said He would do, Isaac came. Trust will turn the table of your expectations to manifestations. Genesis 15; Romans 4:20.

When Christ says if you say to a mountain to be removed, and you do not doubt in your heart, you will have whatever you say. He is saying it is one thing to believe that God is going to do a thing. But not doubting in your heart is a different ball game. And not doubting is your trusting in the Lord that He will surely do it. And if you do not doubt, you would not be stressed out about money, relationship, weather, war, or enemies, because you put your trust in the Lord. Mark 11:23.

Trust is standing firm that what you are praying about, what you are believing for, is going to take place. If you experience delay, it does not mean God is on vacation. It does not mean He does not like you no more. It does not mean something is wrong. Our God is not a God of talk, talk. He does what He says. If God is not turning it around yet, it is because He wants to show forth in your life in an amazing way. He wants to show His favor, healing, strength, power, or goodness like you never seen before.

You don’t have to worry or fear. You don’t have to live frustrated, or stay in distress. God has got you right under His wings. The Omniscience God is directing your steps to the place of profit. Once you know this, you don’t go about with your face to the ground, wondering if God would ever change your marital situation, if He would ever heal your body, or if He would ever prosper your finances. You know what He promised, He will bring to pass. And when you pray, you would boldly ask Him to do it.

Trust is what makes the difference between praying in fear and praying in faith, between begging and asking. You want God to kill your enemies before He can bless you. That does not take much faith. What takes faith is when you trust God enough to ask Him to bless you even in the presence of your enemies. And it is your faith that God is committed to honor. Like Jabez, if you will ask God to do a thing, and you trust in your heart that He will do it, He will do it. And He will not only give you what you ask for, He would give you things you never expected. Ephesians 3:20.

But sometimes what you are asking for is good. It may carry the promise of making you feel good. But God is not giving it to you. And you do not understand. Why is God silent? Why is He delaying? Why is He not doing it? You don't know. And you are almost losing your mind because you cannot understand. The Children of Israel did not understand either, why God would take them the long way through the wilderness for forty years, and not by the short-cut, which could have taken them only two-and-half days to get to Canaan? They did not know. But God knew. God knew there were enemies along the shorter route, which were too strong for them to handle.

You may not know either. But God knows what you are asking for is not in line with your destiny. What you need is to surrender to Him in faith, trusting Him that He would surely do that which is best for you. You do not have to get discouraged. You do not have to be frustrated or sad about your life. But you got to get in the right attitude and say, “God I know you are working it out. I am going to trust you to give me what is best for me. I trust your willingness and ability to do it.”

Do not get confused. God does not always work the way we think He is going to do it. He does not work with our time either. But if you keep on trusting that He will do it, God will do it even above what you expect. And that promotion, that healing, that breakthrough, that relationship will all take place in your life in no time. Isaiah 55:8-9.

Many times we expect God to do something. But because it's taking so long, we want to take matter into our own hands and do it in any way. You want to force things to happen like Abraham and Sarah. They really believed God who promised them a child. But because it didn't happen quickly enough, they decided to help God out. And they got Ishmael through their servant.

But raising Ishmael became a struggle. They were constantly having problems dealing with the boy. Their home was no more at ease because they did not wait for God. They thought God was not going to come. But whatever promise He makes, He keeps. Psalm 89:34.

I told you. Your trust is in your wait. You got to wait and say, "I trust You, God. I am not going to worry. I am not going to get frustrated, or sad, or stressed out because it has not happened. God I trust You. I know you will do the best for me in the best way, and at the best time."

There is a big difference in God giving you something, and having to work it out on your own. When you force something to happen, that's when you get into a relationship that doesn't work. You hook up with the wrong partner. Or because you cannot trust God to straighten out your marriage, you left the one that pees in bed, to run off with the one that shits in bed. But if you let God do it for you, it will look like it comes easy. You will feel some grace, some favor, and some supernatural power pushing you forward.

What God promise you, He will do it. He’s got it all figured out. He knows how He is going to make it happen. You don’t have to force doors to open. You don’t have to enslave yourself in a bad relationship. You don’t have to stay stuck in a bad level either. You just keep honoring God with your worship, praise, and faith. And in no time, God will open doors that no man can shut. He will bring amazing people across your path. He will shut the mouth of your enemies, and take you to the place He wants you to be.

The reason why you don’t see God in it is because you are trying to do it your way. When someone hurts you, you want to avenge yourself. You want to pay that guy back with his own coins. When you want something from God, you want to force heaven open with your fist. When you don't trust Him, the Lord is just going to step aside and watch you. But if you will step aside and let God do it, and say, "God, I trust You. I know you are working on this. I know You will bring me out of this. I know you will give me what I ask for. I know what you have for me is already made ready for my future. I am simply going to be still, and know that You are God.” Your sadness will soon turn to gladness.

When King Jehoshaphat was faced with three stronger enemies, he did not engage them with swords or guns. He simply set out praising God, trusting that the Lord would fight for him. And the Lord did. You only need to stay in the advantage of trusting God. And you will see Him fighting your battles. And you will have peace all around. 2 Chronicles 20.

The Bible says, “When you delight yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart.” You don’t have to beg no one. You don’t have to steal it. You don’t have to talk yourself into it. You don't have to fight no one either. If there is any fight, it will only be to keep your faith. If you let God, He will do it with certainty. He will turn your situation around. He will fight your battles. He will supply your needs. He will boost your finances. He will heal your body. And God will revive your hope. He will perfect all that pertains to you, and fulfill your future. Psalm 37:4.

If you are hearing my voice today, but you can’t sleep at night, you are worried; you are lonely, and you are fearful and tearful. God is saying to you today, “Be still… I got you in the hollow of my hands. I control the whole universe. I have the power to do what I say I am going to do. I am surely able to deliver you, heal you, bless you, and prosper you." All you need is to do your part and trust God.

Friend, let me challenge you to trust God’s power, love, and goodness. He will fight your battle. He will deliver you. The Almighty God will fulfill His promise in a big way. Stop worrying about whether it’s going to happen. God sees the big picture. He knows how to make it happen. And He will make it happen. He is faithful.

Simply trust God. And if you do, it will take the pressure off your life. And you will enter into His rest and be at peace. And you will give birth to the dreams He has placed in your heart. And you will defeat every enemy that stands in your way. And you will fulfill a marvelous destiny.

Hallelujah
